Full-time Demolition Crew Members $18 to $25 per hour to start.

Schedules vary by project:
Mostly nights 5pm to 2am
Occasional days 7am to 4pm
We require employees to arrive at work on time and to work the entire scheduled shift, every day.
No 1099 positions. Must have all workers documentation.
No heavy equipment, driving, or warehouse positions.
JOB DESCRIPTIONS
Demolition Laborer
Basic Function:
*To perform assigned job specific tasks in a safe and timely manner.
*Work with supervisors, co-workers, temporary help, subcontractors, General Contractor,
and owners to complete WCI projects on time and under budget while representing
WCI in a professional manner.
Scope of Work:
*Work to include, but not limited to:
*Lifting heavy materials*Working more than 6' above floor.
*Loading dumpsters*Installation of dust protection
*Cleaning of work space*Sweeping and final clean up of work areas
*Performing demolition operations as instructed by supervisor
*Running construction equipment, i.e. lifts, machinery, jack hammers, saws, drills,
grinders, torches, etc.
Responsibilities:
*Arriving to work on time, rested and sober to perform tasks as assigned by supervisors
without compromising safety, quality or productivity standards and proper tool use.
*Returning from breaks and lunch on time.
*Arriving with proper work attire and personal protective gear.
Job Qualification Requirements:
*Basic knowledge of construction and/or demolition.
*The skills, ability and stamina to perform strenuous physical labor for long periods of time.
*To safely operate machinery and equipment.
*To understand verbal information and instruction, and exchange information with others.
*Read and understand written information, compose information in written form.
Working Environment/Physical activities:
*Less than 5% of daily activities will be conducted in a sitting position.
*Approximately 80% of daily activities will be conducted in a standing position.
*Approximately 20% of daily activities will be conducted while walking.
*Approximately 80% of daily activities will be conducted indoors.
*Approximately 20% of daily activities will be conducted outdoors.
*Working environments include:
*Extremely dusty and dirty*Noisy
*Extreme hot or cold air temperatures*Confined

Authority Level:
Entry Level, no supervisory responsibility.

Foreman, Superintendent, Project Manager, Officers of the company.
Demolition Foreman
Basic Function:
*Conduct all operations with a sense of urgency and attention to detail while maintaining safety standards.
*Oversee the successful completion of job running, as assigned.
*Complete project under budget with the least amount of stand-by time and return trips
*To assign job specific tasks to Laborers and Techs and ensure completion.
*To perform job specific tasks in a safe and timely manner.
*Work with supervisors, co-workers, temporary help, subcontractors, General Contractor,and owners
*Complete WCI projects on time and under budget while representingWCI in a professional manner.
*Maintain and complete employee time sheets, Daily Work Reports, Safety Meeting Forms each day/project.
Scope of Work:

*Conduct/Attend weekly project safety meetings
*Conduct/Attend daily team huddles*Conduct/Attend Job start meetings
*Oversee completion and submission of time cards on a weekly basis
*Lead with respect for all employees
*Discipline employees as company policy governs
*Arriving to work on time, rested and sober to perform tasks

*Evaluate/assist in resolution of the demand for additional manpower
*Training of manpower to complete assigned jobs while maintaining company qualityand productivity standards

*Maintain company image at all times, professional representation by self and enforcestandards with subordinates
*Encouraging continued learning leading to advancement
*Complete project under budget with the least amount of stand-by time and return trips
Job Qualification Requirements:
*Must have 1-3 years supervising construction/demolition experience
*Ability to successfully manage multiple projects
*Experience scheduling manpower, working with sub contractors
*Experience working with sub-contractors and vendors
*Ability to project the necessary materials, supplies, and tools for each job
*Ability to manage quality control
*Experience maintaining safety program
*Completion of employee training/proficiency, as noted on back of time cards.
*The skills, ability and stamina to perform strenuous physical labor for long periods of time.
*To safely operate machinery and equipment.
*To understand verbal information and instruction, and exchange information with others.
*Read and understand written information, compose information in written form.
*Translate verbal communication into effective written material for reports and other documents, as needed.
*Read and understand blueprints.
*Comprehensive understanding of demolition tasks as noted on time cards.

Demolition Superintendent
Basic Function:
*Schedule and oversee the successful completion of multiple jobs running concurrently/simultaneously, as assigned
*Deliver and pickup tools
*Deliver, dump, and return WCI trailer as required
*Assist Foremen/crews with problem solving to deliver a completed job on schedule
*Complete project under budget with the least amount of stand-by time and return trips
*Evaluate/assist in resolution of the demand for additional manpower
*Training of manpower to complete assigned jobs while maintaining company qualityand productivity standards
*Maintain company property on an ongoing basis; tools, equipment, vehicles, etc.
*Report all lost/broken items to the office as required
*Maintain company image at all times, professional representation by self
*Enforce standards with subordinate encouraging continued learning leading to advancement
